Can someone help me and explain where it is!

Lakeview Heights in the portion of the westside that is on the hill, between Hwy 97 and the lake. That is, Boucherie Rd. is the main road through it and before you get down the hill toward the lake (e.g. Green Bay) you've left Lakeview Heights.
