Westsides best kept accommodation secret
9th June 2007 21:56
Well thanks to a recommendation by FWalker we arrived at our accommodation in Westside this afternoon. Guest View Heights is a two bedroom suite attached to someones house perched high up with quite the most fantastic views i have ever seen. I am sitting here now (9.50pm) looking at Kelowna all lit up across the water and i think i am in heaven.
We have all the facilities we need including sole use of a wonderful pool and a hot tub.
All we need now is the weather to go with it.
Thanks FWalker for the recommendation, Judy the owner remembers you and asks how you are doing and it was quite surreal when i saw your names in the visitors book for exactly a year ago!!! (spooky)

Tracey
As FWalker said the website shows all the info but they will often do a deal on price if you are staying longer than a week.
Not sure how booked up they are though as July/August is the busy season.
Nigel.

By what Nigel & family were telling us today, it sounds like a little goldmine on a hill to me!

We're thinking of opening up a little B&B - off to the City Hall to investigate zoning and licensing tomorrow - so we may be able to offer our own version in the Mission at some point! Sounds like a great place......just what you need when you first get here.
